1. Introduction
BrainMoto ("we", "us", "our") operates the brainmoto.com website and related services (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Platform.
By using BrainMoto, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect

- Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We may share your information with:
- Service providers: Hosting (Vercel), database (Turso), email (Resend), and payment processing (Stripe) — only as necessary to operate the Platform.
- AI providers: Anonymized or pseudonymized data may be sent to AI services (Anthropic, OpenAI) to power the AI tutor feature. We do not send your personal details to AI providers.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and secure authentication tokens (JWT). However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Learning progress data may be anonymized and retained for analytics purposes.
