Terms of Service

By accessing or using BrainMoto ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

BrainMoto is an online education platform focused on Quality Assurance and software testing. We provide courses, quizzes, labs, certificates, gamification features, and an AI-powered tutor to help users learn QA skills.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

Some courses and lessons are available for free. Others may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing and availability are subject to change.

Currently, all courses on BrainMoto are offered free of charge. When paid plans are introduced, we will notify existing users in advance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false information, cheat on quizzes, or manipulate gamification features

All course content, including text, images, videos, quizzes, code examples, and AI-generated materials, is owned by BrainMoto or its content creators and is protected by copyright law.

You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access course content for your own learning purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, or sublicense any content.

If you submit content to the Platform (e.g., quiz answers, forum posts, AI tutor conversations), you retain ownership of your content but grant BrainMoto a non-exclusive license to use it for platform improvement and analytics.

The AI tutor is provided as a learning aid. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. The AI tutor should not be considered a substitute for professional advice or official certification study materials.

Certificates of completion are issued upon finishing all required lessons and quizzes in a course. Certificates are issued by BrainMoto and are not accredited by any external organization unless explicitly stated.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

BrainMoto does not guarantee employment outcomes or career results from completing courses.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrainMoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
